To use this demo, you'll need to:

  1. Create an account at OpenAI's platform
  2. Add a payment method to your OpenAI account
  3. Create an API key in your OpenAI account settings
  4. Enter your API key in the field above
Is my API key stored safe?

API Playground stores your API Key locally in your browser storage. It never leaves your device. However, if somebody has access to your device, they could potentially retreive the key from your browser storage.

Is this free?
OpenAI will charge you based on your usage of their APIs. Different models and endpoints have varying costs.
